Inspection

We start with a through inspection of each roof looking for potential damage, loose singles or tiles, hard to access spots and the overall integrity of the roof.

Preparation

We take pictures before hand, wrap and tape off any exposed electrical areas. Set up our hoses, ladders and what ever else the cleaning may require.

Application

Using the soft washing method we apply our environment friendly soaps and detergents in a strategic rhythm to ensure full coverage and efficiency.

Rinsing

After the soaps have done their job, we gently rinse down each area simulating rain fall and removing any remaining dirt or debris

Inspection

Once we've completed the cleaning we start from the beginning and  inspect all our work, the integrity of the roof, and take pictures of the new look for you!

  • Is it safe?

    Yes, we use eco friendly chemicals applied by a low pressure pump and finish with soft rinse.

  • How often should I clean my roof?

    The safe average answer is once a year but this all depends on environment and the age of your roof. Typically for title its 6 months-5 years, asphalt shinges every 1-5  years, Metal is 1-10 years.

  • How long will it take?

    Most roofs can take anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on the size and level of grime.

  • Will you get on my roof?

    Majority of the time we are able to clean everything from the ground or a ladder, in the event we are required to step on the roof we will let you know beforehand and ask for permission.

  • Do I have to be home?

    No, we dont require anyone on the property during the entire process
